Carciofo – Alcachofa – Alkatxofa

Las alcachofas tienen una gran cantidad de fibra y varios minerales (potasio, hierro, magnesio, calcio, fósforo, cobre, zinc). Pero la sustancia que caracteriza a este vegetal es sin duda la cinarina, que es capaz de reducir los niveles de colesterol malo.
